Welcome

Green Country Free Clinic is a private, non-profit organization funded entirely through donations. We do not receive any support from government agencies or the United Way.

We offer medical care at no cost to people in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and surrounding communities who cannot afford health care.

General information

All phone numbers are answered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended hours during clinic days, as shown below. We see patients by appointment only, not on a walk-in basis.

  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 1 - 8 p.m.

Patients requiring a same-day appointment in the Acute Clinic should begin calling at 1 p.m. to be on the list for that night's clinic.

Acute Clinic

The Acute Clinic is for people with sicknesses that are temporary, such as colds, flu, earaches, rashes, and other common illnesses. Acute Clinic phone and hours are:

  • Tuesdays 5 - 8 p.m.
  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 5 - 8 p.m.

Patients requiring a same-day appointment in the Acute Clinic should begin calling at 1 p.m. to be on the list for that night's clinic.


Chronic Clinic

The Chronic Clinic is for people with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, lung disease and heart conditions. Chronic Clinic phone and hours are:

  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 1 - 6 p.m.

Patient Assistance Program

The Patient Assistance Program obtains medications that are not regularly available in our pharmacy. Our staff works with pharmaceutical companies that donate medications, and patients communicate with us on a regular basis to refill their prescriptions. Mental Health Clinic

The Mental Health Clinic is for people seeking help with emotional problems, family problems, anxiety, depression or other psychological difficulties. Mental health clinic phone and hours are:
